Ingredients

4 Eggs

4 tablespoons of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Honey

Vanilla

2 tablespoons of Flour

2 tablespoons of Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dessert, beat the eggs, honey, and sugar until you obtain a thick mixture that is light in color.

Step 2 : Then, sift the flour with the cornstarch and fold it into the previous mixture along with the vanilla, being careful not to incorporate too much air.

Step 3 : Next, line the base of a 35 x 30 cm baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 4 : Pour the mixture into the pan without lifting it to prevent air from entering.

Step 5 : Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) on the top rack for 7 to 8 minutes.

Step 6 : Once done, remove from the oven and invert onto a table to remove the parchment paper.

Step 7 : Place it on a cloth sprinkled with sugar and let it cool before adding your desired filling.
