1 Sponge Cake
400 grams of Meringues
500 grams of Dulce de Leche
500 grams of Chantilly Cream
1 can of Peaches in Syrup

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite cake, start by cutting the sponge cake into two equal parts.
Step 2 : Next, moisten both parts with the peach syrup and spread dulce de leche on one of the halves.
Step 3 : Then, place the meringues as if they were another layer of cake over the dulce de leche, and add the Chantilly cream followed by the sliced peaches on top of the cream.
Step 4 : The other half of the sponge cake, moistened with the remaining syrup, will be used as a lid to cover the cake, which will be coated with Chantilly.
Step 5 : Finally, cover the entire cake with chopped meringues and decorate with peach wedges and cherries.
