Ingredients

1 teaspoon of Ground garlic

1 tablespoon of Chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of Chopped parsley

1 tablespoon of Paprika

1 teaspoon of Red wine

6 tablespoons of Olive oil

150 grams of Lamb intestine cloth

1 Bell peppers in halves

2 Eggs

100 grams of Grated Parmesan cheese (or mozzarella)

1 Peeled and seedless tomato, sliced

4 Green asparagus in halves

4 Lemon slices

1 teaspoon of Dried thyme

2 teaspoons of Ground dried parsley

1 teaspoon of Dried oregano

250 grams of Thin beef loin

2 Thin bacon strips

2 Ham slices

2 Edam cheese slices

2 Mozzarella cheese slices

1 Grilled sliced peppers

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by mixing the garlic, thyme, and parsley in a bowl.

Step 2 : Then, thinly slice the loin and spread each slice with the garlic, thyme, and parsley mixture.

Step 3 : Next, place on each slice, alternately, the bacon, ham, cheeses, peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, and finally, the sliced tomato.

Step 4 : Roll each fillet and wrap it in the lamb intestine, tying it with twine.

Step 5 : Then, grill the rolls over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 6 : Once cooked, remove and cut in half.

Step 7 : Meanwhile, boil the peppers for three minutes, then remove and drain well.

Step 8 : Add an egg without breaking the yolk into each pepper half, pour the remaining oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 9 : Finally, grill the peppers for 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.

Step 10 : Garnish with parsley, and your delicious dish is ready to enjoy.
