Ingredients

500 grams of Fish fillets

1 Large onion

1 Red bell pepper

1 Green bell pepper

2 Diced tomatoes

4 Garlic cloves

3 Potatoes

1 liter of Vegetable broth

100 milliliters of White wine

Lemon juice

Olive oil

Bay leaf, thyme, oregano, parsley

Paprika

1 pinch of Salt

Wooden skewers

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The fish fillets are drizzled with lemon juice and refrigerated for a while.

Step 2 : Then, a paste is prepared by crushing 2 cloves of garlic with parsley and olive oil.

Step 3 : This mixture is spread over the fillets, which are then rolled up and secured with 2 wooden skewers before setting aside.

Step 4 : Next, the onion is sliced into rings and the peppers into strips.

Step 5 : Sauté these along with chopped garlic in a pot.

Step 6 : Add wine, wait for the alcohol to evaporate, season with paprika, then add tomatoes, herbs, and hot broth.

Step 7 : Add the peeled and sliced potatoes to the pot, approximately 1 cm thick.

Step 8 : Place the fish rolls in the pot and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 9 : Once cooked, carefully remove them from the pot and let the liquid reduce a bit more.
