Uruguayan Pamplona
Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts
150 grams of Smoked bacon
100 grams of Mozzarella cheese
100 grams of Sliced cooked ham
Basil leaves
3 Potatoes
Oil for frying
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, cut the chicken breasts in half and place a slice of cooked ham, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves on top, seasoning to taste.
Step 2 : Then, on plastic wrap, layer overlapping slices of bacon and place the chicken breasts, rolling the bacon around the chicken and sealing the ends.
Step 3 : Next, cook the Pamplona in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
