Uruguayan Asado with Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
250 grams of Meat for grilling per person
1 Bunch of parsley
6 Garlic cloves
1 Chopped onion
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To season the meat, first prepare the charcoal in a grill or portable grill and light a low flame campfire.
Step 2 : Once you have enough embers, place the meats evenly over the grill and monitor during cooking, adding charcoal constantly.
