Rump Steak Milanesa
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Rump steak
Stale bread for grating
4 Eggs
2 cups of Flour
4 Potatoes
1 Rosemary sprig
1 ½ liter of Oil for frying
1 cup of Sunflower oil
½ cup of Whole milk
2 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation
Step 1 : To start, the meat should be cut into slices and then pounded to tenderize it with a wooden mallet.
Step 2 : In a bowl, beat the eggs to prepare the binding mixture.
Step 3 : The next step involves preparing the bread crumbs by processing pieces of stale bread.
Step 4 : Then, proceed to prepare the milanesas by passing the meat through flour, then egg, and finally through the bread crumbs.
Step 5 : Once ready, place the milanesas on a tray and refrigerate for one hour.
Step 6 : For the aioli, process milk with oil, garlic cloves, and season with salt to taste.
Step 7 : For the side dish, wash the potatoes well, cut them into wedges, and bake with olive oil and rosemary leaves until golden.
