Orange and Soy Chicken
Ingredients
4 Skinless chicken pieces
2 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of Salt
150 centiliters of Soy sauce
10 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 pinch of Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The chicken pieces should be seasoned with plenty of black pepper, crushed garlic, and salt.
Step 2 : Then, they are placed in a refractory or oven-safe dish and the orange juice and soy sauce are added.
Step 3 : Next, they are cooked covered in the oven at 180 °C for approximately 25 minutes.
Step 4 : Once cooked, remove from the oven and take the meat off the bones, then cut into small pieces.
Step 5 : Return them to the liquid and cook directly on the stove for an additional 8 minutes.
Step 6 : If desired, more orange juice and soy sauce can be added.
Step 7 : Finally, serve the dish hot over rice.
