Ingredients

400 grams of Ground beef

1 Egg

1 Garlic clove

½ teaspoon of Ground pepper

2 tablespoons of Tomato paste

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Oil for frying

Step 1 : In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients to prepare the meatballs.

Step 3 : In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs until they are evenly browned, which will take about 7 minutes total. It's important to turn them to ensure they cook uniformly.
