Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients

1 Cauliflower

1 Egg

3 tablespoons of Flour

1 tablespoon of Baking powder

2 tablespoons of Powdered milk

2 Tomatoes

1 Onion

½ Bell pepper

2 Garlic cloves

200 grams of Mozzarella

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first wash the vegetables and the egg.

Step 2 : Then, cook the cauliflower either by steaming or baking until tender.

Step 3 : Once ready, process the cooked cauliflower along with the egg, flour, baking powder, and powdered milk until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Step 4 : Place the resulting dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden.

Step 5 : To prepare the sauce, blend the tomato, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Step 6 : If needed, add a few tablespoons of water to reach the desired consistency.

Step 7 : Then, cook the sauce in a saucepan for 5 minutes.

Step 8 : Once the dough is ready, remove it from the oven and pour the sauce over it, adding the mozzarella.

Step 9 : Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and lightly browns.

Step 10 : Before serving, sprinkle with oregano to add an extra touch of flavor.
