Beef Liver Sweetbreads empanadas
Ingredients
1 Sweetbreads
1 teaspoon of Oregano
1 teaspoon of Thyme
3 Fresh rosemary leaves
1 cup of Bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of Chopped nuts
50 grams of Butter
Preparation
Step 1 : The sweetbreads are cooked in salted water for 20 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, they are removed from the water and allowed to cool before slicing into rounds.
Step 3 : While the sweetbreads cool, the herbs are processed and mixed with bread crumbs, nuts, and butter.
Step 4 : Once the mixture is prepared, the sweetbreads are breaded with it and placed on the grill, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
Step 5 : Finally, the breaded sweetbreads are served and ready to enjoy.
