In preparing the Creole sauce, tomatoes and bell peppers are briefly boiled to peel them.
Then, they are chopped into pieces and mixed with onion and garlic.
All ingredients are combined and seasoned before chilling the sauce in the refrigerator.
Creole Sauce

2 Tomatoes
1 Red bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
2 Garlic cloves
Parsley
Oil
Vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, place water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
Step 2 : Once the water boils, add the tomatoes and leave them in the water for 2 minutes, then remove and peel them.
Step 3 : Repeat the process with the bell peppers, removing the skin, veins, and seeds.
Step 4 : Additionally, remove the seeds from the peeled tomatoes and chop them along with the bell peppers into pieces of the same size.
Step 5 : Dice the onion and garlic.
Step 6 : In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix.
Step 7 : Season with salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate the mixture.
