Baked Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients
8 Eggs
½ teaspoon of Black pepper
200 grams of Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons of Flour
½ teaspoon of Salt
80 grams of Margarine
285 grams of Tuna
1 liter of Milk
1 Onion
Preparation
Step 1 : A total of six eggs are cooked for approximately 13 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, they are cut in half and the yolks are removed, mixed with tuna, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : Next, the eggs are filled with this mixture.
Step 4 : In a suitable container, melt margarine and heat over low heat until golden.
Step 5 : Add chopped onion and three tablespoons of flour, cook for a few minutes.
Step 6 : Then, add three-quarters of a liter of milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
Step 7 : Season with salt and pepper, then add the remaining egg yolks.
Step 8 : Use a baking dish to pour half of the mixture, place the filled eggs on top, and cover with the rest of the mixture.
Step 9 : Pour melted margarine over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 10 : Finally, bake until gratinated.
